Leave the Light On

Confidence rises not through striving or polishing what was never broken,
but through quiet release—
the soft unhooking of vain ideals: human perfection, masked performance,
success without soul.
These fall away, and Love—steady, eternal—
wraps Her arms around my weary striving,
tilts my chin upward,
and whispers me home.
“There is no one just like you. No one with your heart-print. You are an unrepeatable expression of Me.”
And I remember.
I was not made for comparison.
I was not made for the hollow grind of trying to earn what was already gifted.
I was made to love—unceasingly, imperfectly, wholly.
The kind of love that roots itself when the winds howl.
The kind that watches the swirls of doubt—
small self, separation, the lie of insignificance—and says,
“Even now, even here, you are worthy.”
Love every shadow until it has nowhere to land.
"You are mine,” She whispers again.
“My daughter of the Most High—free, clear, a joy.
Your journey is sacred. Your timing, divine.
No guilt, no regret.
Each turn, each ache, each miracle—
it’s all shaping the story you alone live.
The light you carry becomes a lamp for others.
So hold it high. Trust its incandescence.”
Stay soft.
Let wonder find you.
Treasure each tender moment,
each soul that stirs your becoming.
This life of yours,
it is not an accident.
It is a banquet table, and you are the honored guest.
Love has prepared the feast.
So leave the light on.
When self-pity, scarcity, smallness swirl —
recognize them.
Greet them with a sacred, gentle question,
and turn again to the arms of Love.
Open your hands.
Open your heart.
Say yes to what already is.
Let there be no more closed “buts,” only open “ands.”
And still, you are worthy.
And still, you are discovering.
And still, Love is preparing more than you can imagine.
Leave the light on.
You are already home.
