Experience this special Jubilee year pilgrimage journey with women who value connection and clarity. The Work of Byron Katie offers space for truth, healing, and inspiring community.

Astorga to Santiago de Compostela, Spain —
September 16 - 30, 2027

“I came to the Camino to find deeper, lasting peace. I was reminded on the Camino that I can have whatever level of peace I choose. It's up to me to claim it.

I was also looking to challenge my beliefs about what is possible for me physically. I found greater strength than I knew possible, which was buoyed by the grace and kindness of my HHJ sisters.”

- Dana, San Diego, CA

Trip Overview

This pilgrimage, which has found its way onto many travel bucket lists, is a profound opportunity to experience both an inner and outer journey—offering space for spiritual growth, connection with fellow women and a renewed sense of self.

The Camino de Santiago is a world-renowned trail trod by spiritual seekers for more than 1,000 years. With its stunning landscapes, historic villages and the green countryside of Galicia, walking the Way of St. James is a unique opportunity to connect with ancient culture and meet like-minded people from around the world.

Many embark on the Camino with a question or desire for clarity. Immersing yourself in this inspiring setting, far from the responsibilities of daily life, has a way of quieting the mind and allowing inner wisdom to surface. Along ‘The Way’, there will be opportunities for solo walking, journaling and silence, balanced with the support and connection of the women traveling beside you.

The Work of Byron Katie is woven throughout our journey, creating space to examine the thoughts and beliefs that shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships and the world around us. Through a simple process of inquiry, we learn to meet stressful thoughts with curiosity and question what we believe to be true. In doing so, we open ourselves to another perspective.

The Camino gives us a unique place to practice—walking with what arises and reflecting on what we discover. Those insights can then become part of the conversations we share together. In this way, the outer pilgrimage becomes an opportunity for an inner journey as well.

Our 2027 journey begins in Astorga and follows the Camino Francés west toward Santiago de Compostela, walking through mountain villages and rolling countryside and visiting meaningful landmarks like the Cruz de Ferro and O Cebreiro before completing our pilgrimage in Santiago.

Participants should have a moderate level of fitness and some training in long-distance walking before joining the trip. Come with a traveling partner or come alone and meet wonderful new friends along ‘The Way’.

Join us for an empowering and enriching experience designed to nourish the body, mind and soul.

The Heart of the Camino

Walk through ancient villages, forests and open countryside along the Camino Francés, following the yellow arrows toward Santiago. Along ‘The Way’, experience the rhythm of pilgrimage—the beauty, challenge and simplicity of putting one foot in front of the other.

The Inner Work

Your trip hosts will bring The Work of Byron Katie into the journey through guided inquiry, group workshops and conversations that unfold along ‘The Way.’

As the Camino brings things to the surface, they will help create opportunities to explore what arises in real time—allowing the experience itself to become part of the practice.

We invite you to shed the masks and labels you wear in everyday life and let them be replaced by open, natural, and joyous connection. You’re invited to practice the ideas within our trip book and exchange inquiry as you walk — it’s effortless! We move through what may be arising and deepen our connections with ourselves and others.

Stay attuned to yourself—choosing your pace, route, companions, and pauses as you wish. Each day invites you to plan as much or as little as you like—or simply follow the yellow arrows, trusting the freedom and magic of the Camino to guide you.

Our Trip Book

I Need Your Love—Is That True? by Byron Katie explores our deeply held beliefs about love, approval and appreciation—and what becomes possible when we begin to question them. Through The Work, Katie invites us to look inward, examine the thoughts that create stress in our relationships, and discover a greater sense of freedom and connection.

The book will serve as a foundation for reflection and meaningful conversation throughout our journey along ‘The Way.’
