Hi, I'm Jeannie — full-time adventurer and part-time marketer.

I first found my passion for community building when I moved to Guam as a lonely military spouse in 2018. I saw that others were yearning for connection as well, so a few of us women decided to build it ourselves: we founded Military Wild with the mission of facilitating outdoor adventure for the military community, and it's still going strong today.

In 2022, I moved to Colorado chasing big mountain adventures and a career in marketing that would let me work with outdoor industry clients, environmental nonprofits, and other causes I believe in. That path is what eventually led me to HHJ, where I advise on all things marketing — branding, messaging, paid advertising, and everything in between — helping tell the story of this community to the women who are meant to find it.

When I'm not behind my laptop, you'll find me climbing, backcountry skiing, rafting, backpacking, and sleeping under the stars as much as possible. Community and adventure are the through line in everything I do, and there's nothing I love more than helping other women discover both through Honest Heart Journeys.
