Welcome! I’m Jennifer Dale — a woman wholeheartedly embracing the ongoing journey of self-awareness, growth, and deep, authentic connection. I’ve found my calling in celebrating women’s unique gifts through shared restorative experiences.

As the founder of Honest Heart Journeys, I create spaces where women can return to themselves, find clarity, and build healing sisterhood. HHJ is both a movement toward a more intuitive, collaborative world and a foundation for trusted, lifelong friendships.

Though my path began in the arts, I soon discovered my true purpose: nurturing people and building community. For two decades, I developed and led community and youth programs — including directing the National Leadership Council, a teen servant-leadership initiative, and serving as Dean of Girls at an international boarding school.

In 2022, during my own season of healing, I felt a deep urgency for women to break free from societal expectations and experience authentic sisterhood. Through HHJ blogs and the Honest Heart Podcast, I explore timeless themes of growth, purpose, connection, and intergenerational understanding.

I have always been guided and strengthened by remarkable women collaborators who show me what true sisterhood can be. This influence is woven throughout our Honest Heart Journeys team, where we support one another — and the women we serve — in personal and spiritual growth, calling each other forward to our highest potential.

As an avid traveler, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of intentional journeys, inspiring HHJ’s unique blend of soulful, restorative travel and intimate online community.

Today, my husband and I make our home in Colorado, close to our three beautiful adult children who have blessed me with the joyful title of “Nani.”
