“We weren't wearing our professions, pasts, politics, lifestyles-to-impress, judgements, or limitations. While we were curious about each other's stories and could ask about our work and families and homes, these things didn't define us."

Trip Overview

They say you can feel forgiveness in Vietnam. It lingers in the quiet grace of daily life, shaped by a culture rooted in resilience, Buddhist values, and deep emotional intelligence.

Our journey begins in the vibrant city of Hànoi and continues aboard a private boat in the breathtaking Ha Long Bay—where Mindfulness takes center stage. Here, surrounded by limestone cliffs and turquoise water, we’ll rest, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

From the joyful chaos of Hanoi’s street culture to the sacred calm of Huế and the historic lantern-lit town of Hoi An, this immersive retreat offers more than sightseeing. It offers insight. Moments of laughter, wonder, and deep reflection are woven throughout as we practice presence in each experience—from Tai Chi on a boat deck to laughing yoga in the park.

Along the way, we engage with women who have lived through war and healing, exploring how a nation's resilience mirrors our own. In Saigon, history speaks through the eyes of those who endured and forgave—and we are invited to consider how our own healing might echo that same grace.

This spiritual journey through Vietnam is a reflection of compassion, clarity, and sisterhood. Through food, conversation, ritual, and rest, we learn how forgiveness—both cultural and personal—can soften and strengthen us at once.
