Canyon Lands - A Journey Into Stillness
Zion • Bryce Canyon • Grand Staircase • Escaalante • Capitol Reef
Southern Utah
April 21 - 29, 2027
Experience the sandstone cathedrals, quiet desert trails, dark skies, and soul-stirring landscapes of Southern Utah.
An immersive women’s retreat designed around both exploration and restoration.
This journey balances active outdoor experiences with spaciousness, intentional pauses, and authentic sisterhood.
You’ll find both adventure and stillness here.
Trip Overview
From the towering sandstone cliffs of Zion and the hushed slot canyons of the high desert to the sculpted hoodoos of Bryce Canyon and the vast stillness of Capitol Reef beneath star-filled skies, let us take you on a journey through some of the American Southwest’s most awe-inspiring landscapes.
Together, we’ll wander canyon trails, cycle beneath towering rock walls, soak in dusking desert light, share meals around long tables, and gather in spaces intentionally created for reflection, conversation, laughter, and meaningful connection.
But as with every Honest Heart Journeys experience, this is both an outer adventure and an inner journey — where desert landscapes meet inner landscapes.
Through immersive experiences in nature, guided invitations for reflection and journaling, thoughtful conversation, and engagement with our journey theme and trip book, we’ll explore what it means to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover wonder.
Curated for women seeking more than sightseeing alone, Canyon Lands offers a layered experience of adventure, sisterhood, beauty, and inner spaciousness. Some moments will be active and exhilarating. Others will ask nothing more of you than to sit beneath an open desert sky and simply notice what stirs within.
